Q: How long until my item is shipped?
A: After the order is placed, it will ship within 5-7 business days typically.However, right now, shipping time is extended as we produce more products. Orders placed now are expected to ship the week of March 10.

Q: How many items can I order?
A: Due to limited supply, we kindly ask that you limit your purchase to 2 units within a 24-hour period. If you'd like to order more (great!), simply place another order after 24 hours. Please note, if multiple orders are placed within that time, they will be automatically canceled, and any charges will be refunded. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to serve everyone! -
Q: Do you ship P.O. Boxes or outside the country?
A: Unfortunately, not at this time. We also do not ship outside of the continental (48) United states.

Q: Why does your "May Contain" statement list so many allergens?
A: Our product is produced in a Pilot Plant facility that handles all allergens and doesn't have designated receiving zones and/or production line for each. We cross-label out of an abundance of caution due to the potential for cross contamination during processing. -
Q: Can I return my product?
A: Our return policy extends to any product defects or spoilage. Unfortunately, we cannot extend returns for any other reasons. But we will gladly refund you if you are not satisfied with your order. See next FAQ below for more details. -
Q: Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my order?
A: Love It or It's Free* If you are not satisfied after trying our protein ramen, we are happy to offer you a one-time full refund. Just email us at hello@eatramama.com with your order number and a quick summary of your experience. *via refund, up to the full purchase price of the transaction, excluding tax
